We quit our jobs and spent a year living out of a backpack and travelling the world. We drove, hiked, camped and hitchhiked around the world, living with little money and filming our journey along the way. I wrote this song about my experience exploring the unknown and re-discovering meaning and purpose in life after a period of depression.
After backpacking around the world, I have developed a great love for humanity and the world around us and this music video is my attempt to show that we live in a big, diverse and beautiful world. It was filmed with a single camera and a single lens over the course of 12 months.
